Son-Shine Yoga was born out of a deep desire to give opportunites for the freedom to practice yoga within your chosen spiritual practice.

We teach traditional yoga at different locations like community centers, businesses and special events etc.

BUT what makes us unique is that we also teach the practice of yoga while inviting God into the practice of yoga making it a worshipful experience. A Christ-centered yoga approach sounds like an oxymoron but actually we are using worshipful atomosphere where God would provide healing through meditation of scripture bringing stillness of the heart and mind, movement of the body through postures in a powerful and healthy way and a community of believers. Look for these options at locations like churches and event venues.
